Blogger adds its own bar on top of every blog. you must have seen many blogs hosted on blogger (like this one), and not displaying any bar on top, it is not due to any account types or account settings, there is a little CSS (cascading style sheet) tweek behind it ...... here it goes ....
To remove your bar from blog
1. Log into your account & click Edit Html link in Layout tab.
2. Paste this code after the tags of variable declarations... tags like
3. Save the template. and your bar on the blog is gone...
